Shipping is free at your door with Courier if your order exceeds 35 €

  • For orders under 35 € the charge will be 3 €.
  • In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 € extra.
  • COD is free for Linen & Decoration Items over 35 €
Availability & Delivery Time

From the product page, you will see a shipping estimate. E.g. 10-20 days. You can see the indicative delivery time for each product by mouse over the exclamation mark next to availability. The products of the order will be sent all together when we collect them.

Delivery Hours

Delivery times range from 9am to 5pm. In case you can not pick up during this time, you have the option to pick up from the courier store with the help of the shipping code that we send you via sms or email.

How can I see the progress of my order?

Once you place an order, just log in and go to the "My Orders" option, where you will see all the products you have purchased. Select the order you want and you will be taken to a tracking page that will tell you exactly where it is once it has been shipped.

Can I change the delivery address?

Of course! Just contact us and let us know your new details.
You can do it at any time up to 24 hours before we send you your product.

My order is delayed more than the listed delivery time, what should I do?

First, we would like to apologize for that. We work hard with our manufacturers to reduce delivery times and avoid delays, which we will let you know if they occur. If we encounter a problem in processing your order (such as a lack of a product from the manufacturer), one of our representatives will call you on the contact phone number you have provided, in order to find a solution for the best possible service. If you have expected more than you should have and have not heard from us, please log in and go to "My Orders" to follow the progress of the order, or contact us and we will inform you.

Can I pick up earlier than indicated?

If, for any particular reason, you request your order earlier, you can call us to see how we can modify it so that you have it as soon as possible. We will make every effort to serve you.
